Provide upload tab to present here the free gift denied by goshop and for goshop to justify it is not free gift. As far I understand it is free gift worth RM250 to promote sales. It seem the company fall under false advertisement act if that is true.

Cs failed to revert and change the status to shipped. They completely ignored the refund request due to thwir negligence and any form of compensation. I am not sure if they even sent the free gift worth RM250. There may not be anyone at home to accept the order. So, you still need to refund as it is way pass the delivery deadlines with no reverting to ua the solution.
