Saya baru 9 hari menggunakan Steam Q Iron II. Sebelum ini lampu hijau menyala dan plate panas. Tapi pagi tadi bila saya sedang seterika baju, secara tiba-tiba lampu hijau tidak menyala, plate tidak panas dan air yang saya isi untuk steam mengalir keluar. Adakah kes saya layak untuk claim warranty?nnnn
